It contains some fat burners, some energy boosters, but no real appetite suppressants. There are clear gaps in this supplement that need to be addressed if you want the best results from your weight loss.

Guarana
This is a nice start to X-Tone Thermoburn. Guarana is an all natural stimulant in this supplement.
It has some general antioxidants which can help your health to some extent but the main benefits come from the caffeine in this herb.
The caffeine in Guarana can help promote your overall energy levels as well as your metabolism, power output and focus.
This makes it a great addition to this supplement for helping with both your fat loss and workout sessions in the gym.
Caffeine
As we’ve already mentioned, Caffeine is a good ingredient in X-Tone Thermoburn for helping with your energy, metabolism, focus and power output.
It’s a good support for your workouts in X-Tone Thermoburn.
Ginger Root
This isn’t a fat burner in X-Tone Thermoburn, but it can help you in other ways.
The main way Ginger can help you is with digestion and absorption of nutrients. This can help you get more benefits out of the ingredients in this fat burner – but also to help you to absorb it much faster and effectively.
Tyrosine
This is a supportive amino acid in X-Tone Thermoburn. L-Tyrosine has been seen in several studies to help promote relaxation and focus.
Although it won’t help you much as a fat burner, it will allow you to focus more easily under the stimulating effects of the caffeine and allow you to enjoy much more controlled and energetic workouts.
L-Carnitine
This is a good addition to X-Tone Thermoburn, but we are concerned about the dosages in this supplement.
L-Carnitine is an amino acid which has been seen in several studies to help promote focus, energy and even metabolism. It’s like a stimulant free version of caffeine by how it works.
However, we do have to say that you need a lot of it to get the best effects. Studies suggest you need between 500 – 2500 mg of this nutrient to get the full benefits.
There’s not that much here, so we wouldn’t hold out hope for it fully delivering on some of the claims made about it in X-Tone Thermoburn.
Green Tea
This is one of the best fat burning options in X-Tone Thermoburn. Green Tea is a nutrient which has been seen in several studies to promote fat loss.
It does this by containing a specific antioxidant in it known as catechins. These catechins, when absorbed by your body, help to promote your overall levels of norepinephrine – which your body’s fat loss hormone.
The more of this you have in your system, the more support your body has to burn more fat throughout the day.
Chromium
The final ingredient that we’re going to be discussing in X-Tone Thermoburn. Chromium is a mineral in this supplement that can help you with your fat loss in a seemingly indirect way.
It does it through Chromium’s ability to regulate your body’s levels of blood sugar, and by extension insulin.
When you insulin levels are higher, your body finds it easier to gain fat. By keeping it lower, you store less fat from the food you eat and find it easier to stay on your goals.
By eating a lot of low sugar foods will hope you a lot here too.

All in all, there are some good ingredients in Thermoburn – however, we feel certain areas have been neglected to stop it from reaching it’s true potential.
Don’t get us wrong, we like the Green Tea, Caffeine and Chromiun – but we feel much more is needed.
More thermogenics and appetite suppressants would go a long way here. Cayenne Pepper and Green Coffee Bean would both help with direct fat loss.
The Cayenne Pepper can help raise your body heat to start a cool down process which makes you burn more calories than you would do normally. Whereas Green Coffee Bean reduces your overall glucose level in your liver – which is an energy resource. Without it, your body turns to fat as a resource to make up the difference.
Glucomannan would be a good option too. It swells in your stomach and can help you feel fuller for much longer throughout the day.
It’s a shame more ingredients like this weren’t added into this supplement.
X-Tone Thermoburn Side Effects – Are there any?
Not that we can see, all the ingredients in here are natural and haven’t been linked to causing any side effects. You shouldn’t run into any problems.
The only issue you should be aware of is the caffeine dosage – the Guarana also contains this stimulant.
If you have any concerns you should speak to your doctor before using it.
X-Tone Thermoburn Review Summary and Conclusion
As you can see, there are some advantages to this supplement. However, there are certain areas X-Tone Thermoburn misses when it comes to fat loss.
More attention needs to be paid to the appetite suppressant angle of this supplement. Aside that it is good for energy, and to a smaller extent fat loss.
There are better options out there.
