This is a good start to Varitonil. Fenugreek is a herb which can help raise libido, but can also help your testosterone levels to some extent.
So, how does it work?
Fenugreek works by helping to regulate your blood sugar and insulin levels.
Higher levels of insulin can reduce your testosterone levels. This is how your body balances your hormones. The more you have of one hormone the less you have of another – and the more insulin the less testosterone.
By using Fenugreek, you can help keep your testosterone levels more stable and give it more help to grow.
Watercress
This is not a testosterone booster in Varitonil. Watercress mainly functions as an anti-inflammatory.
This can help reduce any inflammations in your body which can make it easier for nutrients to pass through.
It could help you to absorb the ingredients faster and more effectively after taking Varitonil.
Gingko Biloba
This isn’t a testosterone booster in Varitonil, and it is thought to help your mind more than your body.
Some research suggests that Varitonil may help boost cognition, however there are conflicting reports.
Gingko Bilbo is claimed to help promote cognition, however some studies show that it helps, whereas others show that it has no effect at all.
Many researchers have started to conclude that Gingko may be more of a placebo effect nutrient rather than a real cognitive enhancer.
Korean Ginseng
This is a good libido enhancer in Varitonil and works in a similar way to Fenugreek.
By this we mean it can help to regulate your blood sugar and insulin levels.
As we’ve mentioned, this can help improve your overall hormonal balance which can help your testosterone levels to rise.
Maca
This isn’t a testosterone booster in Varitonil – but it can help overall male health.
By this we mean although it doesn’t improve testosterone levels, it has been seen in some cases to help with libido and raise sperm quality.
However, these advantages have only been seen in cases of infertile men. It may not do muhc for you, but it’ll offer at least some support.
Broccoli
This is more for hormonal balance, but still a great option in Varitonil.
Broccoli contains DIM which is a component which some believe may help as an aromatase inhibtor – and the preliminary evidence is looking strong.
An aromatase inhibitor is essentially a nutrient which can help reduce your overall levels of estrogen – the female hormone. This can help give more support to your testosterone to allow it grow in an easier environment.
Garlic Extract
There is some talk that Garlic Extract can help promote testosterone levels in Varitonil.
However, there’s not enough research out there to show that this is actually the case.
The only thing studies show that this herb is capable of doing (despite having a potent odour and flavour) is increasing your cardiovascular health and immune system.
Aside from that, you’re not going to notice any major benefits from it here in this supplement.
Oat Straw
Used for a component known as Avena Sativa. It’s thought to help raise testosterone. However there are no studies at the moment that show this to be the case.
We think it’s very unlikely to have much of an impact to your testosterone levels in Varitonil.

As you can see, there are only a handful of ingredients in this supplement which can help to support your testosterone levels.
The pride of Varitonil is the Fenugreek, Ginseng and to some extent the Broccoli for its DIM.
Aside from that, there’s not much in here that we would recommend as an effective testosterone booster.
The rest of the ingredients only offer some supporting effects, or no real effects at all for testosterone.

There have been no side effects reported with Varitonil. From seeing the ingredients we believe this may be the case. The ingredients are natural and should be safe at these dosages.
That said, if you have any concerns you should speak to your doctor or a health specialist before using this supplement. Especially if you have any medical conditions or allergies.

How could Varitonil be improved?
There are several ingredients that we suggest should be added to this supplement.
The main things we think it needs includes Zinc, Magnesium, Mucuna Pruriens, D-Aspartic Acid and Ashwagandha.
Zinc, DAA and MP can all help promote your body’s levels of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH). This is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone, the more of this you have in your system, the more support these two hormones have in your body to grow.
Secondly, the Magnesium can help inhibit a hormone in your blood known as SHBG which reduces testosterone. By inhibiting it, it can support more free testosterone.
Finally, Ashwagandha can help control your levels of the stress hormone cortisol. Like insulin with Fenugreek, the higher your cortisol levels the lower your testosterone.
By using Ashwagandha to help keep balance, your testosterone levels have more support to rise.
