Thermopure Ingredients
They’re good. The only problem is that there are not enough of them.
MyProtein covers the main bases when it comes to burning fat. They even put some effort into promoting appetite suppression.
It’s a nice set up. However, it is far from the best we’ve seen, but also even further from the worst.
Below, we look at the main ingredients along with ways that this fat burner could be improved.
Here’s our full write up:
- Green Tea
This is a great ingredient to start off the thermogenic Thermopure.
Green Tea has been seen in numerous studies to help promote fat loss. It does this through specific antioxidants in the herb known as catechins.
These catechins help to promote your overall levels of the fat burning hormone norepinephrine in your body. The more of this you have, the more support your body has to burn additional fat.
Having more of this in your system can help you burn more fat throughout the day.
Thermopure’s Green Tea also contains a trace amount of caffeine which can help promote energy levels.
- L-Tyrosine
This is an amino acid in Thermopure which doesn’t directly burn fat – but it can support you in other ways.
L-Tyrosine is an amino acid which can help promote focus and relaxation. It may help to clear your mind and may make you more focused and alert.
This is good for when you need to keep your mind focused while training hard in the gym.
- Caffeine
You’ll already be very familiar with caffeine. It’s an all natural stimulant that your body can use to improve your energy levels, metabolism and focus.
It can also help with you power output while training. Again, this makes Thermopure a good option for working out as well as fat loss.
- L-Theanine
The last amino acid in Thermopure is L-Theanine. It’s not going to help you lose the pounds, but it is a great support for cognition and focus.
L-Theanine can help in a similar way to Tyrosine by promoting relaxation and focus. It calms you mind and lets you concentrate more.
Combined with caffeine, these two ingredients help to give you a boost in energy while improving your focus. It helps the caffeine not cause jitters.
L-Theanine is a good supporting nutrient in Thermopure.
- Cayenne Powder
The final thermogenic in Thermopure, Cayenne Pepper is a good addition for fat loss.
It’s a chili and a component in this it known as Capsaicin is what does most of the work.
Capsaicin is what makes the chili hot. After your body absorbs it, it increases your overall temperature. In doing so, your body has to start a cooling process to regulate itself.
By cooling, your body burns more calories than it does do normally. The result of this is that by burning more calories, you burn more fat.
There’s also some studies out there which show Cayenne can help with appetite suppression too – which can help you to stay on your diet.
- Black Pepper
The final ingredient overall in Thermopure. Black Pepper (also known as Piper Nigrum) is not a fat burner in this supplement. It works more a supportive aid.
Black Pepper helps improves your body’s ability to absorb nutrients. This allows you to take in more from the ingredients in Thermopure than you would do without it.
It essentially allows you to get the most out of this supplement, and it is a welcome support.
Thermopure Review Bodybuilding
There are plenty of good ingredients for Thermopure, however it is not the best fat burner that we’ve seen on the market.
The main issue is that although there are some good nutrients in here like Green Tea, Cayenne Pepper and Caffeine – more could be added to directly help the fat loss process.
It’s not about what’s in this supplement – it’s about what isn’t in here as to why it’s not the best option.
After we’ve covered the side effects, we’ll walk you through other ingredients that you should be looking for which would perform a lot better in this supplement.
Thermopure Side Effects
From what we’ve seen, Thermopure does not have any side effects. All the ingredients are natural and haven’t been seen to cause any problems at these dosages.
That said, we can’t speak for everyone. If you have any concerns or worries, we suggest speaking to your doctor before using this supplement.
This goes especially if you have any preexisting conditions or allergies.
- How could Thermopure be improved?
There are several ways that the ingredients in this fat burner could be improved.
The main way is by adding more fat burners and appetite suppressants. Don’t get us wrong, Cayenne Pepper and Green Tea are good – but you need more than that for maximum benefit.
Ideally, we’d like to see:
- Green Coffee Bean
- Glucomannan
Also in this supplement. Here’s why:
Green Coffee Bean can help reduce the glucose in your liver. It does this via a component in the bean known as Chlorogenic Acid.
Your body uses this glucose for energy. Without, it has to turn to other resources, namely your fat cells.
Finally, Glucomannan would help as it swells in your stomach. It’s a fibrous complex, the swelling makes your feel fuller than you actually are. The result is that you crave less food and find it easier to stay on your diet.
All these ingredients would definitely help Thermopure a lot.
How are the servings in Thermopure?
MyProtein recommend one serving a day of 3 capsules around an hour before working out in the morning.
Is this a good way to take it?
We don’t think so. One serving a day typically doesn’t perform that well. This is mainly because your body can only get a few hours of benefit at a time from it.
That means you be getting the benefits day-long. Ideally, what you need is a fat burner that has 3 – 4 servings a day. This gives you that constant supply to help you burn fat all the way throughout the day without any additional issues.
- Now let’s answer some commonly asked questions on Thermopure
Thermopure Review Daily Mail?
At the moment, Myprotein Thermopure has not been reviewed by the Daily Mail. Should any of that change, we’ll update it with what they had to say about this supplement.
Thermopure and Myprotein CLA?
MyProtein CLA (Conjugated Lioleic Acid) is a stimulant-free fat burner that is commonly found on the supplement market. It is thought to help burn fat by influencing several receptors in your brain to make you burn more at a faster rate.
However, studies show that the impact is minimal and may not give you much of a boost. You might not get much out of using MyProtein CLA.
Thermopure 90 Capsules Unflavoured?
There are no flavours available for MyProtein’s Thermopure. It’s a supplement that you should take with a tall glass of water.
Thermopure Reddit?
Thermopure is mentioned on Reddit, but only in passing. The main comment we found was someone who claims to use Thermopure as a pre-workout, not as a fat burner.

Not a great review of Thermopure at all. The fact that it burns fat isn’t even being considered.
Thermopure Boost Review
On the whole, this is an average-to-good fat burner. Our Thermopure Boost review shows that it covers a lot of the main bases, but so do a lot of fat burners out there.
If you’re happy with the price and happy doing a lot of work on both your diet and exercise to help assist it, it may be the option for you.
However, if you want a fat burner that works just as hard as you do. We suggest looking elsewhere.
