Testro T3 Ingredients: How are they?

Not good. The only main ingredient in here is Tribulus Terrestris, which is a very over-hyped testosterone booster.

Many studies show that it doesn’t work effectively in humans for testosterone, only for your libido.

Aside from that there’s just a lot of BCAAs. Below, we look at the main ingredients, what they do and if they’re good in Testro T3.

Here’s what you need to know:

Tribulus Terrestris (Saponins)

This is the main testosterone boosting ingredient in Testro T3. However, this isn’t a good thing, Tribulus Terrestris isn’t as effective as you might think.

Studies show that Tribulus Terrestris has only been seen to help raise testosterone in animal studies. The same results have not scaled up to human testing.

The only benefit you may get from the Tribulus in Testro T3 is a mild boost in libido.

L-Arginine

Another ingredient in Testro T3 which doesn’t effectively promote testosterone.

L-Arginine is an amino acid which has links to promoting blood flow, which can help with nutrient absorption and recovery.

However, studies show this is not the case when supplemented orally. L-Arginine is broken down too quickly for your body to use it effectively.

To get the best effects you need a precursor of this amino acid. Something L-Citrulline would work better, it’s easy for your body to absorb and converts into L-Arginine after it’s in your system. It’s a shame that’s not in Testro T3 instead.

L-Leucine

There’s not much to discuss with this ingredient in Testro T3. L-Leucine is not a testosterone booster – it’s a branch chain amino acid.

It can help your body to build muscle mass back in recovery after a workout. This won’t help your testosterone levels. It might help to some extent to reducing muscle soreness by speeding up the process.

Aside from that you’re not going to get much benefit.

L-Glutamine

This isn’t a good option at all in Testro T3, mainly as it doesn’t help testosterone, muscle mass or much of anything.

The only thing Testro T3 can give you with the glutamine is a reduction in sugar cravings. Aside from that it doesn’t make much of a difference. It’s in most foods and it doesn’t take much to reach your optimum levels.

It’s a waste in here.

L-Lysine

Another ingredient which won’t make much of a difference in Testro T3.

L-Lysine is another ingredient which is part of branch chain amino acids (BCAAs). The only thing it really has been seen to do is help reduce the symptoms of herpes simplex.

Apart from that feature – which has nothing to do with boosting your testosterone – it offers no benefit.

L-Isoleucine

This is another BCAA in Testro T3 which won’t make much of a difference in the grand scheme of your progress.

L-Isoleucine has been seen in some cases to help with the uptake of glucose which could help feed your muscles faster and aid overall recovery.

However, the effects are minor. You’re not going to be seeding that much speedy progress from supplementing this.

L-Valine

Some have referred to L-Valine as the ‘least important BCAA’. This is mainly to do with the studies into it which have shown it to not achieve much of anything when compared to the other BCAAs.

It’ll give you some minor general benefits when it comes to health – but nothing noticeable. L-Valine won’t help your muscle mass or testosterone levels in any significant way.

Ingredient Profile Overview for Testro T3

This is essentially Tribulus Terrestris and a few amino acids. Tribulus is the main ingredient in here – and that does not have the studies to carry your testosterone levels and muscle mass.

It is not what you should be looking for in a testosterone booster. There are plenty of other options out there which will have much more of an impact and effect.

Zinc, D-Aspartic Acid, Fenugreek, Vitamin D3, Ginseng, Magnesium and Boron – any of those would’ve been better than the Tribulus in this supplement.

For example both the Zinc and DAA help promote your body’s levels of LH – the Luteinizing Hormone, your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone.

Simple things like that would help here.

Are there any side effects in Testro T3?

Not that we can see, the only ingredient in here that will have any kind of effect is the Tribulus.

That hasn’t been linked to causing side effects for most people. You shouldn’t run into any problems.

If you have any concerns you should always speak to your doctor before using it. Especially if you have any allergies or preexisting conditions.

Testro T3 Review Summary and Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t a great testosterone booster. Testro T3 only has one main ingredient, and it’s Tribulus. Tribulus Terrestris is terrible considering there are no studies that show it can boost testosterone for average males.

A lot more needs to be added for this supplement to have any effect. Many improvements need to be made to this supplement for us to recommend it.
