The Ingredients: How is Testo Ram?
If you’re looking for testosterone, it may not be your best option.
Testo Ram contains numerous ingredients, however the majority appear to be targeted towards libido rather than testosterone.
There are plenty of other options out there which could do both jobs better.
Below, we look at these ingredients along with other ways it could be improved.
Horny Goat Weed
This isn’t a strong start to our Testo Ram Review. Horny Goat Weed (also known as Epimedium) is a herb which has claims to promote testosterone.
However, further study shows that this isn’t the case.
The only thing that herb has been seen to do in humans is mildly raise libido. This has some advantages, but it’s not as effective as directly raising your testosterone as that would help your libido along with numerous other areas including strength and muscle size.
It’s not a great option in Testo Ram.
This isn’t an effective choice for testosterone in Testo Ram either.
Maca is more of a male health herb. By that we mean that it has been seen in studies to help promote libido, sperm quality and even sperm count. However, what it doesn’t do is help testosterone.
Better ingredients are needed in Testo Ram if you hope to achieve higher T levels from this supplement.
This is a slightly better option that we saw while doing our Testo Ram write up.
Korean Ginseng is another libido enhancer, but it does have some connection to raising testosterone levels.
It can help by regulating your body’s blood sugar levels. In doing so, it can help to control your insulin levels.
When your insulin levels are high, your testosterone levels are low. This is how your body balances hormones.
By using something like Korean Ginseng you can help keep your insulin under more regulation, creating a better environment for your testosterone to grow in.
This is not a great choice in Testo Ram. Tribulus Terrestris is a herb which has claims to promote testosterone, however, the reality is very different.
The only time Tribulus Terrestris has been seen to help raise testosterone levels is in animal studies, or in humans with very low testosterone and infertility.
For the average person, you’re not going to get any benefit from this for testosterone. The only way it may help you in Testo Ram is with libido.
This is good ingredient in Testo Ram. Zinc is good for raising your testosterone levels.
After your body absorbs this mineral, it can be used for reactions in your brain which can help to promote your overall levels of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH) which is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone.
It’s good support for helping your testosterone levels to rise.
The final ingredient in our Testo Ram review. Fenugreek does have some benefits and works in a similar way to Ginseng.
By this we mean it can help to regulate your insulin levels, which can give you a better hormonal balance which can allow your testosterone to rise more effectively.
It’s a good support in this supplement.
Ingredient Profile Overview for Testo Ram
As you can see, the ingredients in Testo Ram leave something to be desired. A lot of the focus in this supplement is geared toward libido, rather than boosting testosterone.
It’s good if that’s what you’re looking for – but if you want something to actually give your testosterone levels a boost and support overall health, it needs a lot more.
More ingredients we’d like to see that can help testosterone would be:
- Magnesium – Increases free testosterone by inhibiting proteins which reduce testosterone levels in your blood.
- D-Aspartic Acid – Works in a similar way to Zinc to help boost your LH levels to promote growth hormone and testosterone.
- Vitamin D3 – Technically a hormone, not a vitamin and has been seen in numerous studies to raise testosterone in high doses.
- Mucuna Pruriens – Supports testosterone by raising the precursor to LH, Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone. This can contribute to more growth hormone and testosterone.
It would be great if more ingredients like this with studies behind them were in Testo Ram.
Testo Ram Side Effects: Is it safe?
As far as we can see, it looks safe to use. All the ingredients are natural and don’t have links to causing side effects.
Although it’s not effective, you shouldn’t run into any danger from using this supplement.
If you have any concerns, you should speak to your doctor before using it. Especially if you have any preexisting conditions or allergies.
Testo Ram Review Summary and Conclusion
On the whole, this isn’t an effective option. This is a supplement that concentrates too much on libido rather than testosterone.
The main ingredients in here that will help testosterone are the Fenugreek, Zinc and the Ginseng – with the Zinc being the main hitter.
Other ingredients don’t have much of an effect on your T and is more aimed at your libido. There are plenty of supplements out there that perform better than Testo Ram.
