About Beast and Bulk Nutrition
Testo Beast is made by Beast and Bulk Nutrition. While writing this it appears they don’t currently have a website, and only do business through Amazon.co.uk.
Aside from that they do have a Facebook page and Twitter which you can content them over.
It would be great to see more from them in terms of online presence. However, we will update this should any of this change.
Testo Beast’s Ingredients: What you need to know
This testosterone booster is made in a cGMP (Current Goods Manufacturing Process) approved facility in the UK. That means the ingredients are put together in a safe and secure environment in-line with industry standards.
Quality shouldn’t be an issue here. However, are perplexed by some of the choices in here. Not all of them seem to help promote testosterone.
We believe some improvements could definitely be made to this product. Take a look:
Fenugreek
This is the first ingredient in Testo Beast and a great choice by B&B Nutrition.
Fenugreek is a traditional herb which research shows can help both testosterone and libido.
So, how does it work?
The main benefit is how Fenugreek can help to regulate your blood sugar levels, and by extension your insulin levels.
This is important as your insulin levels can reduce your testosterone levels when they’re high. The reason for this is due to a process in your body known as homeostasis.
Essentially, the more you have of one hormone, the less you have of another. By using something like Fenugreek, you can help to keep your blood sugar low and your testosterone on the rise.
Ginkgo Biloba
This however, is not a great choice in Testo Beast. It’s not a testosterone booster, it’s a cognitive enhancer.
This isn’t a bad thing, staying focused can be a good thing while working out – however, the studies out at the moment for how effective it is are conflicting.
Some research shows that Ginkgo is good for improving cognnition, while others say it has little effect at all.
Many believe that the effects of Ginkgo are placebo. More studies need to be done into this nutrient.
Tribulus Terrestris
This however, is not an effective choice. Tribulus Terrestris is notorious in the testosterone boosting industry at the moment.
Although there are studies which show it can help raise testosterone levels – this has not been seen in any human studies. It has only worked in rats.
This is why we don’t think it’s a good fit for Testo Beast.
The only way we think this ingredient may help you is with a mild lift in your libido. Aside from that you’re not going to get much of a benefit.
Watercress Herb Extract
A better option in Testo Beast is the Watercress, mainly because it contains small amounts of Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C).
I3C is a compound which is found in green vegetables like broccoli which is has some evidence of helping to reduce estrogen levels.
Estrogen is your body’s female hormone. The less of it you have in your system, the more of an impact your testosterone will have.
Maca Extract
This isn’t a testosterone booster in Testo Beast, but it can help you in other ways.
There is some research which shows Maca can help with fertility and libido. Studies show that supplementing Maca can help to promote sperm levels, and also help to some degree with sex drive.
It’s a good choice in here.
Co Enzyme Q10
This is an enzyme that you already have in your body. CoQ10 is the molecule that you body uses to help you produce energy.
On paper, it’s great for a supplement like Testo Beast. However, in practice it’s a different story.
Research shows that it’s difficult for your body to absorb CoQ10 when supplemented. It may not deliver the desired effect to keep you training for longer.
We wouldn’t recommend that you rely on it working for you in this supplement.
Garlic Extract
This is another good choice, but it may need more investigating.
Why are we unsure about it in Testo Beast? Because although there are some studies which show it to help testosterone levels, none of these are human tests. There are only animal studies available, which means it’s uncertain whether these effects will scale up.
Even so, research also suggest you need a very high dose for it to have any effect.
All in all, a lot more clinical studies are needed into garlic and its effect on human testosterone levels.
Oat Straw
Another ingredient in Testo Beast that could be replaced with something stronger.
Oat Straw relies on the Avena Sativa in it to help testosterone levels. However, there aren’t many studies to show that it actually works.
It may not be your best bet in this testosterone booster.
Black Pepper
This isn’t a testosterone booster, but it is a great support in Testo Beast.
Black Pepper is an effective agent for improving bioavailability and absorption. This can help you to get more out of the ingredients in this supplement by absorbing them faster and allowing them to activate at a much faster rate.
It’s good to see in here.
Ingredients Summary
There are some good choices in this supplement. The Fenugreek and the I3C from the Watercress will help create a better environment for your testosterone levels to grow.
However, there doesn’t seem be any ingredients in place to help with actual testosterone production, nor is there anything to help with free testosterone.
It’s not the strongest nutrient profile we’ve come across. But considering they made the effort to help out with estrogen impresses us to some degree. Most supplement manufacturers don’t cover this aspect.
Side Effects: Is Testo Beast safe?
We think so. Although it wasn’t what we expected when it comes to the ingredients, it should still be safe to use.
All the ingredients are completely natural and don’t have links to causing any side effects.
However, if you’re unsure you should always check with your doctor before using it. It would also be wise to make sure you don’t have any preexisting conditions before using it either.

How are the servings?
They’re good. 3 servings a day; morning, afternoon and night.
This is good because it gives your body a constant supply of nutrients to keep your testosterone levels supplied to allow them to grow.
We just wish the ingredient profile was a little more refined.
What would help improve Testo Beast?
Better ingredients. Some to help with testosterone production, and others to help free testosterone.
For testosterone production, Vitamin D3, Zinc and D-Aspartic Acid are staples. D3 is technically a hormone and has been seen in numerous studies to help improve testosterone levels when supplemented.
Whereas Zinc and DAA are used for reactions in your brain to help promote your levels of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH). LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more of it you have in your system, the more suppor it has to grow.
For free testosterone; Magnesium and Stinging Nettle. Both of these nutrients helps by inhibiting your body’s protein SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin).
SHBG is a protein which binds to the circulating or “free” testosterone in your blood and removes it’s anabolic potency. In doing so, that testosterone becomes useless. Magnesium and Stinging Nettle inhibit SHBG and reduce it’s overall influence.
Testo Beast Summary: Is it effective?
As you can see, this isn’t the best supplement on the market when it comes to promoting your testosterone.
There are some improvements that need to be made when it comes to the ingredients. A lot need to be changed up, replaced or removed, at least in our opinion, for you to see results.
We don’t recommend it in this current form, but we’re sure Beast and Bulk will improve as time goes on.

Reasons to not buy
- Not many ingredients for testosterone – Studies only really vouch for the Fenugreek and I3C in this supplement.
