Caffeine is an all natural stimulant which can help to raise your energy levels, metabolism, focus and even power output.
This makes it good for both improving your rate of fat loss, but also for supporting your workouts.
L-Tyrosine
An amino acid in T5 Xtreme Fat Burner which has some benefits – but doesn’t aid fat loss.
L-Tyrosine is an amino acid which can help improve your levels of calmness and relaxation. This may help counter any jittery effects from the caffeine and allow you to focus more clearly.

Green Coffee Bean
This is a better fat burning agent in the T5 Xtreme Fat Burner. Green Coffee Bean is great for helping you shed the pounds.

We’d also like to see more thermogenics (fat burners). Cayenne Pepper would support T5 Xtreme Fat Burner well, and Glucomannan would be an effective appetite suppressant.
T5 Xtreme Fat Burner has some advantages, but there is plenty that could be done to make it more effective.

We believe so, all the ingredients in here are natural. You shouldn’t run into any issues from taking it.
The main thing to remember is that it has caffeine – but this is standard for most fat burners.
