Slimberry has become hard to find in the UK over the years and is mainly available in countries like Poland and Norway.
However, it is still available online from Ebay.co.uk for UK residents. It typically retails at prices between £25.99 – £30.00.
How to take Slimberry Capsules
You take Slimberry by consuming 2 capsules a day. This should be after a meal or with water.
This is the same as one big daily serving – which isn’t always the best option.
When it comes to burning fat, it helps to have a supplement that gives you numerous servings a day. This gives your body a constant supply of the nutrients it needs to keep you burning fat day long.
It’s unfortunate that Slimberry is not set up to work like this.
It is recommended to use 2 capsules of Slimberry daily. For best results, take the capsules after a meal with water. You should not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Aronia Melancarpa is the main ingredient in Slimberry, and it is also known as Black Chokeberry.
It has a high antioxidant count and make help with weight loss to a very minor extent.
How? It can help to regulate your cholesterol and blood glucose. When your glucose is regulated, it can help to control your insulin levels. With high insulin levels you store more fat from the food you eat. By using something like the Aronia in Slimberry, you can help keep that in check and keep your fat storage lower.
Goji isn’t a great weight loss aid in Slimberry. Although Goji Berries have a good amount of antioxidants, this doesn’t mean that it’s great for fat loss.
Although it may be good for your general health, it won’t have much of an effect when it comes to actually promoting fat loss.
It’s a good support for general health – but don’t expect much from it here.
Likewise with the Acai in Slimberry – it doesn’t help with weight loss, but it can support you in other ways.
Acai Berry contains Resveratrol, which is an amino acid which has been to help blood flow and nutrient absorption.
This can help you absorb more of the ingredients in Slimberry and allow it to activate faster in your system, but won’t do much when it comes to actual fat burning.
The Chili is – in our opinion – the best ingredient in Slimberry for fat burning.
Why? Because it’s hot. The heat from this chili comes from a component in it known as Capsaicin. This capsaicin helps to raise your body’s core temperature.
This starts a cooling process in your body which makes your body use more energy than it does normally.
By expending the extra energy to cool yourself, you burn more calories, and by extension more fat.
As you can see, the main ingredient in here which is going to help you lose weight in Slimberry is the Chili.
Some of the other nutrients in here offer support, but they don’t have much of an impact when it comes to actual fat loss.
There are numerous ingredients which could be added into Slimberry which could help improve it:
- Glucomannan – Fibrous complex which promotes appetite suppression.
- Green Coffee – Nutrient which reduces the glucose in your liver and encourages your body to use fat as an energy resource.
- Green Tea – Contains catechins which promote your body’s levels of the fat burning hormone norepinephrine.
These would be a great start to Slimberry’s revisions for better overall fat loss.
Slim Berry Weight Loss Pills Side Effects | Is it safe?
From what we’ve seen Slimberry is safe to use. All the ingredients in Slim Berry are from natural sources and haven’t been linked to causing any side effects.
That said, we cannot speak for everyone. If you have any concerns about using Slimberry – or have any preexisting conditions or allergies – we suggest that you speak to your doctor before using this supplement.
Slimberry Opinions – What We Think
Slimberry is a simple weight loss aid that is made out of all natural ingredients – however, some of the choices that have been made for this supplement may not have been the most effective.
The only real fat burning element in Slimberry appears to be the chili, and while some of the ingredients in here do offer a level of support – they do not do enough for direct fat loss.
There are several more thermogenics and appetite suppressants that we would like to see in this diet aid.
We also think Slimberry could benefit from having the dosage altered to support 3 – 4 servings a day for maximum effect.
Until some changes are made, we feel that there are better options out there on the market compared to Slimberry.
