These are our Skinny Coffee reviews. Skinny Coffee Club is a weight loss range that is believed to offer results without any additional exercise or laxative side effects.
It comes in various forms, such as Instant, Night and Original. Some of which even come with a diet sheet and exercise plan.
In our review, we put the Skinny Coffee Club to the test. We look at the ingredients, the Skinny Coffee Instant, Skinny Coffee Night, the diet sheet, and what people are saying online on websites like NetMums, Amazon and Holland & Barrett.
There’s a lot to cover in this review, but we give you all the information you need to help you make a better decision.
Here’s what you need to know:

Skinny Coffee Club Ingredients
The first we look at are the Skinny Coffee Club ingredients. A supplement, or weight loss aid is only as good as the ingredients it contains.
There are some good options in the Skinny Coffee Club. However, it isn’t as effective as some of the other options we have seen out there.
Below, we look at the main ingredients, followed by some of our views on how we think it could be improved.
- Ground Coffee
You know this, most of us drink it every day. It should come as no surprise in this review that the Skinny Coffee Club uses actual coffee.
As you know Coffee is a good source of energy, mainly because it contains so much caffeine.
Caffeine can help improve your overall energy levels, metabolism, focus and even power output in the gym.
It’s good for both weight loss and for keeping your exercise activity up.
- Ground Green Coffee Beans
This is what’s going to be having most of the impact in Skinny Coffee.
Most Skinny Coffee Reviews agree that Green Coffee helps a lot with fat loss.
The reason it works so well comes down to the chlorogenic acid within the bean. This chrlorogenic acid helps to reduce your overall levels of the glucose in your liver.
This is important as your body uses that glucose for energy. Without it, you have to start burning other resources, like your stored fat, to help make up the difference.
It’s a good addition to this aid.
- Spirulina
This is essentially non-toxic algae. It doesn’t necessarily help with fat loss – but it can help you with general health.
Some reports show that Spirulina can help reduce liver fat and also for protecting your brain.
However, this is only preliminary evidence and a lot more research is needed.
- Garcina Cambogia
This is not a good choice in Skinny Coffee. Garcinia Cambogia is a nutrient which is thought to work as a appetite suppressant.
However, the only studies where this has been seen to work is when Garcinia Cambogia is used as a flavour enhancer.
However, as a coffee, it’s unlikely to give you the same benefit as the consumption method is different. You’re unlikely to notice much of an effect from it here in Skinny Coffee reviews.
- Green Tea Extract
This is a much better addition to this supplement.
Skinny Coffee ironically also contains tea – Green Tea. It’s an effective addition when it comes to fat loss.
So, why does Green Tea work so well?
Because it contains antioxidants known as catechins which can help promote your overall levels of the fat burning hormone norepinephrine.
The more norepinephrine you have in your system, the more support your body has to burn fat.
It’s a great addition to this aid.
- Siberian Ginseng
This isn’t an ingredient in Skinny Coffee which can help you cut down on your diet. However it can help you in other ways.
Siberian Ginseng can help improve your overall blood and nutrient flow. This can help you to absorb the nutrients in this product at a faster rat to help you get faster results.
- What would improve the Skinny Coffee Club Ingredients?
As you can see, the Green Tea and Green Coffee Bean are the real stars of the show here. The other ingredients seems to just offer more general support for absorption.
Ideally, we’d like to see some appetite suppressants in here. A good addition to this weight loss would definitely be Cayenne Pepper. It contains Capsaicin which can help raise your body’s core temperature which starts a cool down process in your system which helps you burn more calories throughout the day.
It also has some links to promoting appetite suppression – which may work more effectively than the Garcinia Cambogia in here.
Skinny Coffee Club Instant?
There is an instant version of Skinny Coffee. This includes similar ingredients to the original however, it leaves out the Green Coffee Bean and Spirulina.
It will be easier for you to make, as you just add it to water. However, it will not have the same overall results as there are less active ingredients in here.
Skinny Coffee Results after 1 Week
The before and after in a week of Skinny Coffee won’t show much in terms of results. Although there have been some interesting responses. Here’s what we have for week 1:
One user has claimed to lose 0.5 kg in a week of use, and they feel less bloated and more energetic. However, these results appeared to plateau and only showed a total loss of 0.9 kg after 4 weeks.
In our opinion, we’ve seen much more effective results with people using fat burners. Not only that, there are a lot of differing opinions when it comes to the effects of the Skinny Coffee Club.
Other Skinny Coffee Reviews
We’ve told you what we think, now let’s see what the rest of the internet has to say with their Skinny Coffee Club reviews.
With the enormous amount of research we put into this article, we’ve included opinions and criticisms from other websites such as:
- Netmums
- Holland and Barrett
- Amazon
Below, you’ll see what they think of Skinny Coffee Club to see if it’s something you’d be interested in trying.
Skinny Coffee Reviews Netmums
We haven’t found any specific reviews for Skinny Coffee on Netmums.com (a popular UK forum for mothers) however, we did find a few threads discussing weight loss coffee.
This is the thread that we got most of our information from, and it starts rather promisingly:
“Has anyone tried weight loss coffee?
I’ve been using weight loss coffee and have had good results. Losing 5lbs in a week and increased energy. Some people have said it doesn’t work others say it does. What are your views on optimum coffee?”
– Toni T
The reviews given to Toni were mainly negative. Here’s a good example of someone who wasn’t in favour of Skinny Coffees:
“my opinion is it’s an utter con, it does nothing more than having lots of coffee with crazy amounts of sugar. The science is it raises your heart rate as all caffeine does and your core temp therefore burning more calories but it’s unhealthy and a false quick fix.”
– Kali C
We’d have to disagree with Kali considering what we’ve found in our reviews of Skinny Coffee. However, she may be referring to another coffee on Netmums.
Skinny Coffee Holland and Barrett?
The Skinny Coffee Club can be purchased at Holland & Barrett. At the time of writing this review, we found it available on their website with over 150 reviews and an average rating of 3.0 out of 5.
Here’s a mix of both good and bad reviews from their website:
It is worth noting that this review received an incentive for their feedback from Holland and Barrett.
Below, is a more negative Skinny Coffee Reviews:
As you can see, the ‘middle of the road’ rating appears to be well-earned. Skinny Coffee appears to be either loved or hated by the Holland and Barrett community.
Skinny Coffee Amazon?
The Skinny Coffee Club is available on Amazon. At the moment of writing this review, you can buy the 28 day course for a fee of £13.62. This also includes free shipping.
Skinny Coffee also has an average reviews rating of 2.4 out of 5 on Amazon. Here’s the full aggregate rating:
Again, with nearly half of those reviews being 1 star, people seem to either love or hate the Skinny Coffee Club.
Skinny Coffee Club Diet Sheet
With every purchase of the Skinny Coffee Club, you get a diet sheet. This is an eating and exercise plan to help to configure your diet to get the most weight loss out of the Skinny Coffee Club.
If you want to see what the diet plan is, you can see the full PDF here.
They recommend this plan for any 14 – 28 Skinny Coffee Club plans.
When to Drink Skinny Coffee Night
We recommend drinking Skinny Coffee Night around 30 – 60 minutes before going to bed. Taking it then allows Skinny Coffee to work for you overnight while you sleep.
Skinny Coffee Night differs from the original as it contains Chlorella and Ground Fennel – which help with sleep, and also uses Decaffeinated Coffee instead. It still contains Spirulina and Siberian Ginseng.
Skinny Coffee Reviews Summary
On the whole, we’re not overly impressed with the Skinny Coffee Club. It does have some good ingredients, but as some of the other Skinny Coffee reviews have shown, not everyone has been getting the benefits.
If you want the best results, we suggest you use a highly rated fat burner, in combination with a healthy diet and exercise routine.
