Fat Metaboliser Ingredients
There are some good options here, not the best we’ve seen, but definitely better than some of the bigger brands out there.
We saw some good energy / metabolism boosters in here, and also a few that could help fat loss. Protein World Fat Metaboliser appears to flirt with appetite suppression but doesn’t fully pull it off.
Below, we look at the main ingredients along with our thoughts and suggestions on how to improve it.
This is a good start to Protein World Fat Metaboliser. Caffeine is arguably the best natural stimulant on the market.
You already know that it can boost your energy levels, so what else can it do?
Studies show that supplementing caffeine can help improve your overall levels of energy as well as your metabolism, power output and focus. This makes it super effective for boosting your workouts in the gym as well as fat loss.
Green Tea Extract
Another great choice in Protein World Fat Metaboliser. Green tea is a very effective natural fat burner, and it all boils down to the antioxidants in this herb.
Specifically the catechins, these are antioxidants that after being absorbed help to promote your body’s overall levels of norepinephrine. This is your fat burning hormone. The more of this that you have in your system, the more support you have to burn fat.
Green Tea also contains a small amount of L-Theanine which can help in some cases with focus.
This isn’t a fat burner in Protein World Fat Metaboliser. However, it could help you in some other ways.
L-Tyrosine is a natural amino acid which has been seen to help reduce stress and improve focus.
This could help boost your overall concentration and motivation when you are training in the gym. It won’t directly burn fat, but it could get you in a position where you want to push harder and do it yourself.
More of a caffeine support in Protein World Fat Metaboliser. Guarana is an all natural herb which has a high level of caffeine in it.
It does contain some antioxidants, but these mainly help with general health. The main benefit that you’ll get from it here is from the caffeine within it.
This will mainly help you when it comes to working out, although it will boost your metabolism to some extent.
Yerba Mate Powder
Another herb that’s really only worth caffeine within it. Again, the main benefit that you’ll be getting from Yerba Mate is the caffeine.
As we’ve already mentioned in the Guarana write up, Yerba Mate’s caffeine can help support the caffeine already in this supplement by boosting metabolism and energy levels.
It’s a nice natural supporting ingredient.
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Also known as ALA. This isn’t a direct fat burner in Protein World Fat Metaboliser, but it can help you in other ways.
ALA has been seen in some cases to help regulate blood sugar and insulin levels. The benefit of this is that it can help to keep your insulin levels in check.
Why does this matter?
Because your insulin levels govern the amount of fat you store from the food that you eat. By keeping it under control, you can store less fat and create less obstacles for your progress.
The final ingredient in Protein World Fat Metaboliser, but it is a good one.
Cayenne Pepper is a hot chili which contains Capsaicin. Capsaicin is the component which gives the nutrient its heat.
After your body absorbs the capsaicin, it increases your body’s overall temperature. In response, your body starts a cooldown process to help regulate you. This cooling uses more calories than you would do normally, giving you an increased caloric expenitdure which burns more fat during the process.
It has also been seen in some studies to help promote appetite suppression.
Protein World Fat Metaboliser Ingredient Summary
As you can see, there are plenty of good options in Fat Metaboliser. However, there are some elements that could be improved.
Before we get into that, we want to say that the Cayenne Powder, Green Tea and Caffeine are all great additions to this supplement.
There are definitely the most valuable choices, the rest seem to be more supporting agents for the others (e.g. Guarana and Yerba Mate for the Caffeine).
The main thing we would change is more focus on appetite suppression. Staying true to your diet is important, and avoiding cravings is half the battle.
Glucomannan would be a good choice here as it is a fibrous complex that swells in your stomach helping you to feel fuller for longer.
Another ingredient that we think would help is Green Coffee Bean. It reduces the glucose used for energy in your liver, without it, your body starts to burn stored fat to make up the difference.
Fat Metaboliser Side Effects
We haven’t seen any side effects reported with this supplement. All the ingredients appear to be safe and natural.
However, we can’t speak for everyone. It’s possible that some people do have a bad reaction to Protein World Fat Metaboliser.
If you’re concerned you should speak to your doctor before using it, especially if you have any preexisting conditions or allergies.
Protein World Fat Metaboliser – How to Take
Take one serving in the morning (1 – 2 capsules depending on your caffeine tolerance) and another serving in the afternoon before 3pm.

Protein World Fat Metaboliser 90 Capsules Review
Overall, this is a fat burner with a lot of promise. It’s reasonably priced and contains some good ingredients – however, we think that there are better options out there.
There are several areas where Protein World Fat Metaboliser fails to have a considerable impact – mainly in appetite suppression. It seems too focused on caffeine and energy boosting.
It would be better if more effort was made into this area to make Fat Metaboliser a more rounded supplement.
