How does MaxiMuscle Thermobol Lean Fat Metaboliser work?
Thermobol is a fat burner. It’s a supplement that you take when you want to lose unwanted fat.
MaxiMuscle Thermobol Lean does this by using natural nutrients to encourage your body to boost its fat burning capabilities.
It can also help to raise your energy levels to keep you training at a high intensity while you’re on a lower calorie diet.
What is Thermobol used for?
Thermobol is used for and by people who want to lose more fat than they currently are on their diet and exercise programme.
MaxiMuscle Thermobol is an aid to help give you that extra edge while training and keeping your calories low so you stay consistent and keep seeing results.
How to Use MaxiMuscle Thermobol Fat Metaboliser
You should take 3 Thermobol tablets a day. This should be done with water. Each Thermobol table should be taken throughout different times of the day.
Early morning, midday and afternoon works best. This allows you to get the caffeine boost from MaxiMuscle Thermobol without it spilling over the evening and causing problems with your sleep.
Thermobol’s ingredients are mixed. Some are good, and some may potentially cause side effects and are not what we’ve hoped.
The main message that we got from looking from Thermobol is that it contains a potent amount of stimulants. This is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you look for in your supplements.
For us though, we think MaxiMuscle’s Thermobol may have gone too far. Below, we’re talking about hte main ingredients and what you need to know about them:
- Chromium (198ug)
The first ingredient we’ll mention in our MaxiMuscle Thermobol review. Chromium is a great addition to any fat burner.
It’s a mineral that can help regulate blood sugar levels, and by extension, your insulin levels.
This matters because your insulin levels can determine how much fat your body stores from the food you eat. The more you have, the more your body will save after a meal.
By using something like Chromium, you can help to control that amount which allows you to keep your fat storage down which can help with long-term fat loss.
- Bitter Orange Peel (975mg)
This is not a good ingredient in MaxiMuscle’s Thermobol. Bitter Orange Peel (also known as Citrus Aurantium) is a nutrient which has claims to promote energy and fat loss.
However, studies show that this may not be the case. It does have some stimulating effects, however it seems to be prone to causing side effects, and not doing much for fat loss.
More on that in the Thermobol Side Effects section later.
- L-Tyrosine (900mg)
This is a better ingredient in Thermobol Lean. However, it doesn’t actually burn fat.
L-Tyrosine helps by improving your focus and reducing stress. This has some advantages when it comes to focusing in the gym and exercising – however, it won’t have any direct effect on your overall fat loss.
- Caffeine (444mg)
This is a better choice in Thermobol Lean Fat Metaboliser. Caffeine is ‘the’ stimulant when it comes to raising your energy levels. It’s natural, it’s safe to use in appropriate dosages and it has a tonne of benefits.
Supplementing Caffeine can help promote energy, metabolism, focus and even power output in the gym.
It’s good to have on board. The only thing we would say though is that the dose is a little high. 444mg is above the 300mg we recommend for a total daily intake – you may risk some side effects. Again, more on that in the MaxiNutrition Thermobol Side Effects section later.
- Green Tea (300mg)
This is arguably the best ingredient in our Thermobol Lean Fat Metaboliser review. Green Tea has good links to burning fat naturally.
It does this through antioxidants in the herb known as catechins. These catechins help to promote your overall levels of the fat burning hormone norepinephrine in your system.
The more norepinephrine you have, the more support your body has to burn fat.
- Guarana Seed (36mg)
This is a support to the Caffeine that’s already in MaxiMuscle Thermobol. Guarana is a highly caffeinated herb which can help raise energy levels.
It also contains some antioxidants which can help support your overall health.
When it comes to benefits though, it’s the caffeine in this herb. That means energy, focus, metabolism and an extra boost of power in the gym.
- Cayenne (0.4mg)
The final ingredient in Thermobol, one that we would’ve liked to have seen more of.
Cayenne Pepper is a hot chili, it contains Capsaicin which can raise your body’s temperature. The beauty of this is that it makes your body want to cool itself. This cooling process makes your body work harder, and in return burn more calories.
Burning more calories helps you to use up more energy and burn more fat. It’s good to see in here.
Cayenne has also been seen to help promote appetite suppression in some cases, which is a welcome bonus.
Thermobol Lean Review
As you can see from the ingredients, there are some good options – but they’re not the best.
The Caffeine may be too high, and the Bitter Orange could cause side effects. We suggest MaxiMuscle lower the dosage of the caffeine and remove the Bitter Orange completely.
We also think that more could be added to this supplement to replace these:
- Green Coffee Bean – A thermogenic which reduces the glucose in your liver which your body needs for energy. Without it, it burns stored fat to make up the difference.
- Glucomannan – Another good choice for MaxiMuscle Thermobol. It’s a fibrous complex that swells in your stomach to help you feel fuller for longer. Great for helping you stay true to your diet.
Thermobol Side Effects
Thermobol’s main concerns are the Bitter Orange Extract and the high Caffeine content.
Bitter Orange Extract has been seen in numerous cases to cause headaches, high blood pressure, increased heart rate, nausea and more. Exactly what you don’t need when you’re trying to focus on losing weight.
Caffeine on the other hand could give you the classic “jitters” at this high amount. 444mg is way to much – even for an experienced user.
You want to make sure you’re not using this supplement before you go to bed. Make sure you have it at least 4 – 5 hours before sleeping – not after.
At the end of our Maximuscle Thermobol review, the results are in: it needs improvement.
Thermobol Lean Fat Metaboliser is not a bad fat burner, but it takes unnecessary risks which could be easily avoided.
The main problem comes from the Bitter Orange Extract and the high Caffeine. Fixing both of those issues and putting in a few more effective ingredients (and potentially bulking up the Cayenne Pepper) would really make this fat burner stand out.
It’s just not quite there yet.
