How good is Joint Fuel 360?
Joint Fuel 360 by Jupiter Laboratories is a good joint relief supplement. Its good natural ingredients support your bones and joints. But to get the best ratings from your joints, rest, exercise, and eating healthy ensures long-lasting effects of this joint supplement.
Who Is The Manufacturer Of JointFuel360?
The people who make JointFuel 360 are Jupiter Laboratories. On their website they claim that they take care of the science so that you can take care of yourself.
The history, and other information about the company is largely unknown from what we could find.
However we do know that their product is only available on their website – and is covered by a guarantee.
It’s also worth knowing that JointFuel 360 is not sold on Amazon.
Aside from JointFuel 360, Jupiter Labs also manufacture:
- FollicleFuel
- BioReset180
Which are a hair nourishing supplement, and a prebiotic / probiotic and postbiotic all in one supplement.
How Does Joint Fuel 360 Work for joint pain?
JointFuel 360 works for joint pain by offering a range of ingredients with anti-inflammatory properties to help promote a decrease in pain on your joints.
It is in capsule form and is taken orally.
What Are The Ingredients In Joint Fuel 360?
JointFuel360’s ingredients are:
- Turmeric – 200 mg
- Boswellia Serrata – 100 mg
- Resveratrol – 100 mg
- Collagen (Type II) – 40 mg
- Black Pepper Extract – 5 mg
- Hyaluronic Acid – 5 mg
As you can see, there are a range of anti-inflammatory ingredients in JointFuel360. It’s good to see that all the ingredients in Joint Fuel 360 have their dosages completely on display.
You know how much of each single ingredient you’re getting – so you can manage how effective they are overall.
We also want to say that it’s great to see that these are all natural ingredients.
Below, we’ll look at these active ingredients to see how effective they actually are.
Turmeric – Is it good in joint products?
Turmeric is a great aid when it comes to reducing inflammation and helping with joint health. It is common in joint health supplements, and is used primarily because it contains curcumin.
Curcumin is one of the active ingredients which has the most impact on your joints. This ingredient in Turmeric can help.
Curcumin has been seen to support:
- Reducing in joint destructive free radicals
- Soothing achy joints via regulation of COX-2 enzymes
- Protecting cartilage cells from matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) enzymes
- Producing more collagen and joint proteins
- Regulating advanced glycation end-products that stiffen your joints
It can help a lot – there’s multiple studies that can vouch for this.
However, studies also show there’s an issue when using Curcumin for joint pain relief: absorption.
Your body really struggles to absorb curcumin. Meaning that, although it’s effective – if your body can’t absorb it, you’re still going to be in pain.
There is bioperine in JointFuel360 which may help to some extent – but it’s not as effective as some of the other options out there.
It would be better if this was the patented blend of curcumin: CurcuWIN® which has been seen to be 46X easier for your body to absorb than standard curcumin.
Short answer: The Turmeric in Joint Fuel 360 may be good on paper, but not in practice. Absorption could be an issue.
Boswellia Serrata – Ideal choice in this supplement?
Boswellia Serrata is another ingredient with strong anti-inflammatory effects in Joint Fuel 360. This is a nutrient which we love to see in product reviews.
So how can this ingredient help as a natural pain reliever? Boswellia Serrata can help by modulating immune resposnses in your system, which can help soothe joint pain.
It can also help protect natural cartilage breakdown by blocking 5-LOX which is an enzyme that causes degradation of cartilage. Finally it can also help limit the matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) enzyme that weakens connective tissue.
All this put together can help support less joint aches, bone health, side effects from Rheumatoid Arthritis and flexion.
Again, however, there’s a big issue with absorption. Although Boswellia Serrata has been seen to do well in some studies – it can be hard for your body to absorb it.
As we’ve mentioned, Bioperine is in here which can help to some extent, people who want the best results from Boswellia Serrata should try to find it in its AprèsFlex® form – which has been seen to have a 52% increased rate of absorption.
So, Boswellia Serrata extract in JointFuel360: Yay or Nay? Again, great on paper – but there could be an issue with absorption.
Resveratrol – Can it help your joints?
This is not a leading joint support in JointFuel360, but it can help in other ways. When it comes to your personal health, Resveratrol does have some benefits.
Studies have shown that supplementing resveratrol may help to promote your overall heart health and blood flow.
So does it help you in JointFuel360 as a dietary health supplement?
Potentially, Resveratrol has some advantage in products like this by how it helps to improve blood flow. By giving your body better overall blood flow, it may help with absorption of the trickier ingredients in JointFuel360 like Boswellia Serrata and Turmeric.
However, it will not have a direct effect towards helping joint pain, osteoarthritis pain, rheumatoid arthritis or any other kind of bone pain.
Collagen (Type II) – Are people right to take this?
This is not a great option in JointFuel 360. Collagen Type II has incredible benefits when it is functioning in your body – but consuming it orally will not give you the benefits that you’re looking for.
There are no studies (that we could find at least, despite meticulous research) that shows that Type II Collagen is effective for joint supplements. Although a customer review may claim collagen works, we’ve yet to find something in the science that shows oral supplementation of collagen works.
Black Pepper Extract – What are its effects?
Black Pepper is a good addition to this supplement – but will not have any long lasting effect if you’re thinking that it can help you directly with joint pain.
So, what can it do?Black Pepper has an excellent review for helping with absorption. The main question is “is it enough to help you absorb the Turmeric and Boswellia Serrata?”
It’ll definitely help more than supplementing those ingredients alone – but the overall
Hyaluronic Acid – Can this help with Arthritis?
Hyaluronic Acid can help to some extent – but mainly when it is dosed effectively. If you’re looking to use hyaluronic acid for something like rheumatoid arthritis, you’re going to need a lot of it.
The problem here with the Hyaluronic Acid in Joint Fuel 360 is that the dose is so low. There’s only 5 mg in this supplement.
Scientific studies show that for the best effects from Hyaluronic Acid as a joint supplement, you need at least 80 – 200 mg to see noticeable results.
The amount in JointFuel 360 needs to be massively improved to make it a more effective option.
Ingredient Summary: How does this supplement compare to joint medication?
Overall there are some good ingredients in JointFuel 360, but there are some areas which could be improved.
The good thing is, there are no nasty side effects associated with Joint Fuel 360. All all of the ingredients in here are completely natural, and we haven’t heard of any buyer reviews where the customer experienced any severe side effects.
The main issues with the ingredients in JointFuel360 is that the Turmeric and Boswellia Serrata are hard for your body to absorb. Although they have good anti-inflammatory properties, they are not ideal on their own.
Black Pepper can help, but other versions of it like CurcuWIN® and AprèsFlex® would work better.
We also think the Hyaluronic acid dosage could be increased here from 5 mg to 80 mg to give your body more overall support.
Finally, we think the Collagen could be replaced with something that is more effective like Glucosamine Sulfate. Glucosamine is always a good addition in joint supplements.
Glucosamine can help increase the building-block proteins in your body to form connective tissues. Using glucosamine can also help with chondrocyte cells which help regenerate cartilage. Finally Glucosamine can also help synovial fluid for smoother movements.
JointFuel360 would be much better with glucosamine.
What are the side effects of Joint Fuel 360?
Joint Fuel 360 currently has no side effects reported with is repeated use.
As the ingredients in this supplement are all natural, you are unlikely to run in to any issues from supplementing it.
That said, if you have any concerns, you should speak to your doctor or a medical professional before using it.
What Are The Benefits Of Joint Fuel 360?
To make things easier, here’s a list of the benefits (pros) and cons of using Joint Fuel 360:
Pros:
- Contains Turmeric
- Boswellia Serrata is in here
- Black Pepper and Resveratrol may help with absorption
Cons
- Basic forms of Turmeric and Boswellia – super hard to absorb
- Low dose of Hyaluronic Acid
- Collagen Type II has not been linked to working orally
It’s definitely not the best joint supplement out there on the market at the moment.
Overview Of JointFuel360 Reviews
When it comes to our subjective review of Joint Fuel 360, we think there are some good ingredients in there to help manage the symptoms of joint pain.
However, there is potentially an issue here with absorption. The turmeric and boswellia serrata are not in their best form to get fully absorbed into your body. Although there is black pepper and resveratrol here – this may not be enough to achieve it.
Not only that, Hyaluronic Acid is underdosed here – and the collagen doesn’t seem to have any effect orally.
It’s an okay joint supplement, but there is serious room for improvement.
