Grenade AT4 Test Booster Review
Grenade AT4 is a testosterone booster, and here we’ll discuss what that means.
A testosterone booster is a common type of supplement in the health and bodybuilding industry which is compiled of vitamins, minerals and nutrients which can help raise your levels of the male hormone testosterone.
They are not steroids. Taking a supplement like Grenade AT4 may help give your body more of the nutrients it needs to help you reach your natural optimum levels of testosterone.
The brand Grenade Supplements are a UK based company that make bodybuilding supplements.
They have a range of products ranging from fat burners, pre workouts, testosterone boosters, protein powders and more.
They’re main aim to is to help everyone get more out of their workouts and overall results.
How to take Grenade AT4
Grenade AT4’s instructions are as follows:
One serving (3 capsules) twice a day: 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.
Oddly, Grenade also suggest that you could take both servings at once (all 6 capsules) 30 minutes before breakfast.
You’re recommended to do this 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- Our thoughts:
With natural testosterone boosting supplements we’re not sure if this is necessary.
Natural supplements don’t need to be cycled as they’re not doing any damage to your body that it needs a break from – or building any physical dependencies.
In our experience, the best testosterone boosters can be taken for as long as needed. They give your body a constant supply of what it needs to keep your testosterone levels steady at their optimum level.
Grenade AT4 Ingredients
What’s in Grenade AT4 is important. It’s the difference between this testosterone booster being effective or useless.
There are some good choices in this supplement. We like the majority of what we saw on the nutrition facts label, however there’s only a few of them.
We think more effective choices could be added to this supplement.
Below, we look at the main ingredients in Grenade AT4 along with our critique and how we think it could be improved.
- Vitamin D3
This is a great start to Grenade AT4. Vitamin D3 is so potent that it is technically a horomone.
Vitamin D3 can help in numerous ways with general health, such as your immune system and bone density. It has also been seen to help promote testosterone levels when taken in larger amounts.
Studies show taking Vitamin D3 in doses of 3300 IU daily can help promote testosterone levels.
Grenade AT4 Dosage
Unfortunately in Grenade AT4 there is only 25µg (1000 IU) per daily serving – which isn’t even a third of what you need.
Still, it should have some impact at least. We would’ve just liked to have seen more.
- D-Aspartic Acid
This is another effective option in Grenade AT4. D-Aspartic Acid is an effective amino acid when it comes to helping testosterone levels.
DAA can help to promote your overall levels of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH) via chemical reactions in your brain.
LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more LH you have in your system, the more support your testosterone levels have to grow.
It’s an effective option to find in our Grenade AT4 review.
This is a nice choice in Grenade AT4. Fenugreek is a herb which can help create a better hormonal environment for your testosterone levels to rise.
It can help to regulate your body’s blood sugar levels, and by extension your insulin count.
This is important as high insulin levels can lower your testosterone. It all comes down to how your body balances your hormones. The more you have of one hormone (insulin) the less you have of another (testosterone).
Not only can it help with balance, Fenugreek can also help support libido. Which is a nice bonus.
This is used in the AT4 Grenade Supplement because it contains Chrysin – which is a component which has been to promote testosterone.
However, this has only been seen to work in one human study. In the study, Chyrsin was injected directly into the subject’s testes.
Unfortunately, the same results have not been seen from supplementing Chrysin orally. You may not get the same benefits here.
The final ingredient we’re covering in our Grenade AT4 review.
Boron is a mineral that has been seen in numerous studies to promote testosterone, and in some cases even reduce estrogen (the female hormone).
It’s good to see here in AT4 Grenade Supplement.
- What would help Grenade AT4?
Clearly, more ingredients could be added to help improve this testosterone.
In our opinion, this testosterone booster would be more effective if it had more T-Boosters.
Zinc would be a good choice as it helps promote LH just like D-Aspartic Acid.
Whereas Mucnua Pruriens also helps to promote LH which again would give your testosterone and growth hormone more promotion.
Magnesium would also be good as it can help free testosterone. It inhibits a protein in your blood known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) which binds to testosterone and reduces its overall anabolic potency.
By inhibiting it, Magnesium allows more testosterone to flow through your system unaffected.
Is Grenade AT4 Safe?
We believe that Grenade AT4 is safe and you should be secure using it.
When it comes to reports and reviews, we haven’t seen any that show Grenade AT4 to be the cause of any problems. You should be safe.
That said, we can’t speak for everyone, if you have any concerns we suggest that you speak to your doctor before using it.
Grenade AT4 Side Effects
The only potential side effects that we see occuring using Grenade AT4 is the D-Aspartic Acid IF you’re not using it properly.
Grenade recommend that you take AT4 just before you have breakfast or lunch. This stops the DAA causing stomach aches.
If you eat shortly after eating Grenade (as you’re recommended to) you shouldn’t experience any side effects with AT4.
Grenade AT4 Results
From our Grenade AT4 review, here are our results.
We think there are some great ingredients in here to help promote testosterone. However, there are certain areas that let it down.
We think it would be better if it didn’t need to cycling. It would also help if there was more D3 in here as well as a few more study-backed ingredients.
Grenade AT4 is good, but for the price, we think there are better options out there.
