Geneticore Ingredients: How are they?

They could be better – there’s a lot of libido enhancers in here, not a lot of testosterone boosters.

There’s a lot of room for improvement. If all you’re looking for is a libido enhancer, this

Horny Goat Weed

This isn’t a great start to Geneticore. Horny Goat Weed does not help with testosterone levels. It can help in some other ways, but it may not be entirely what you’re looking for here.

So what does Horny Goat Weed (aka Epimedium) do in Geneticore?

Studies show that it can – in some cases – help to raise your levels of libido. However, this isn’t always the case. It doesn’t have evidence for helping with testosterone either.

It’s not an ideal choice in here.

Tongkat Ali

Also known as Eurycoma Longifolia and Longjack, this is another ingredient in Geneticore which only serves the libido – not actual testosterone boosting.

It has been seen to help raise the male hormone, however, this is only in animal studies. The same results have not been seen in human cases.

You’re unlikely to get much out of this supplement aside from a mild boost in your libido.

Saw Palmetto

Again, this is another ingredient that doesn’t raise testosterone in Geneticore. However, it can help in other ways.

Saw Palmetto is more of a ‘male health’ aid. By that, we mean that it can help to promote the health of male organs.

Studies show that supplementing Saw Palmetto can help reduce symptoms of hyperplasia (enlarged prostate). However, it should be remembered that it is not as effective as actual medicine. If you’re suffering from hyperplasia – see a medical professional.

Wild Yam Extract

Another ingredient that doesn’t do well in Geneticore. Wild Yam is traditionally used to help women with the symptoms of the menopause.

The idea here is that it can help to manage your levels of the female hormone estrogen, which could allow your testosterone to have more room to grow.

However, the actual effect of Wild Yam has yet to be seen to happen in studies. Despite all the claims, there’s no real evidence of it working.

Nettle Extract

Finally, an ingredient in here which can help testosterone. Nettle extract is a testosterone booster which can help raise your ‘free’ levels of the male hormone.

Free testosterone is the T that is constantly circulating throughout your bloodstream. The more of it you have in your system, the more testosterone you have available to you.

However, your free T is cut down by a protein in your blood known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). It binds to the T and makes it useless. The Nettle in Geneticore can help by inhibiting the SHBG and reducing the overall influence of the protein.

This allows more T to circulate throughout your system.

Boron

This is another better choice in Geneticore. Boron is a mineral which can help both improve testosterone levels and reduce estrogen.

Combined, both these benefits can raise your testosterone levels and give you a better hormonal balance to enjoy a higher T without it being balanced out by estrogen.

Sarsaparilla

This isn’t a testosterone booster in Geneticore, but it could help in other ways.

Studies show that supplementing Sarsaparilla can help improve your overall levels of cognition. This could help to improve your focus to some extent which may allow you to concentrate for longer in the gym.

Ingredient Profile Overview for Geneticore

As you can see, there’s not a lot of winners in here. The main focus is definitely libido – which is not everyone’s cup of tea on it’s own.

If you want that and more, raising your testosterone as whole is the way to go. More ingredients in Geneticore need to be tailored toward naturally raising your T.

The Boron and Nettle are on the right lines, but there are plenty more which could be added:

  • Vitmain D3 – Technically a hormone, not a vitamin and it has links to boosting testosterone.
  • Zinc – Raises LH (Luteinizing Hormone) which is a precursor to testosterone.
  • Magnesium – Inhibits SHBG like Nettle to promote free testosterone.
  • Fenugreek – Regulates insulin to create a better hormonal balance for testosterone.
  • D-Aspartic Acid – Raises LH like Zinc and promotes growth hormone and testosterone.

All would help here, yet a single one has been seen. A lot of improvements could be made to this supplement.

Geneticore Side Effects – Are there any?

Not that we can see, all the ingredients in here haven’t been linked to causing side effects. They’re natural and safe, they’re just not effective.

If you have any concerns, you should speak to your doctor before you take it. We don’t think it should cause any issues though.

Geneticore Review Summary and Conclusion

On the whole, this is not a great option if you’re looking to improve your testosterone levels. The only way it may be able to help you here is mildly with your libido.

Aside from that you’re not going to get much out of this supplement.

There are plenty of better options out there if that’s what you’re looking for.
