F5 Fat Burner: The Ingredients Report
There are some good ingredients in F5 Fat Burner, but there are some areas which could do with improvements.
It appears that there are some missed opportunities here when it comes to burning extra fat as some of the ingredients don’t have enough evidence to back up the claims. Or the results were achieved under different circumstances.
F5 Fat Burner is not a bad fat burner, but there’s definitely ways to make it better.

Green Tea
This is a good start to F5 Fat Burner. Green Tea is one of the better fat burners out there on the market.
One of the reasons why it is so effective comes down to a specific antioxidant in the herb known as catechins.
Studies show that catechins can help promote your body’s levels of the fat burning hormone norepinephrine.
The more norepinephrine you have in your system, the more support your body has to burn extra fat. It’s a great addition to F5 Fat Burner.
L-Carnitine
Another good addition to F5 Fat Burner, but we feel the dosage may be too low here.
L-Carnitine is an amino acid which has been seen in numerous studies to help improve energy, metabolism and even focus. This can make it a good option for helping with your performance in the gym.
However, studies show that dosages of 500 – 2500mg seem to yield the best results. With a dosage of under 200mg per serving in F5 Fat Burner, you’re unlikely to get the most out of it here.
Caffeine Anhydrous
This is a good option in F5 Fat Burner too. Caffeine is a great stimulant for those intensive workouts.
However, what it can also do in F5 Fat Burner is help speed up your metabolism, boost energy levels and even increase your overall power output.
There’s plenty of studies out there which show caffeine is a very effective option. It’ll have some mild benefits for fat loss, and a lot of benefits for the workouts you have to burn fat.
Cayenne Pepper
Another good option in F5 Fat Burner. Cayenne Pepper is a hot chili which can directly boost fat loss.
Cayenne Pepper contains a component known as Capsaicin which is the element which gives the chili heat.
When absorbed this Capsaicin raises your body’s core tempreature. The result is that your body has to start a cooling process to manage the new heat. In doing so, you burn more calories than you would do normally and burn more fat.
Capsaicin has also been seen in studies to help work as an appetite suppressant too, which is a welcome bonus.
L-Tyrosine
This isn’t a fat burner in F5 Fat Burner, but it can help you in other ways.
L-Tyrosine is an amino acid which can help reduce stress and promote focus. This can allow you to concentrate for longer periods of time and help to some extent with your workouts in the gym.
CLA
Full name Conjugated Lionleic Acid, CLA is a stimulant-free fat burner that has been gaining some attention in the supplement industry.
It’s supposed to work by influencing certain receptors in your brain to boost your overall levels of fat loss.
However, studies show that this isn’t exactly the case. Although it can influence these receptors, it’s too weak to actually make much of an impact.
You’re unlikely to get much benefit from CLA in F5 Fat Burner.
Garcinia Fruit Powder
The final ingredient in F5 Fat Burner. Garcinia Cambogia is thought to work more as an appetite suppressant.
However, we don’t think it performs too well in F5 Fat Burner.
Why? Because Garcinia Cambogia has only been seen to work when used as a food seasoning. It increased the flavor a dish, making the user feel fuller and more satisfied for longer.
Garcinia worked in that instance because it was being tasted and reacting with the food being eating. In a supplement you lose that effect – you lose that benefit.
You’re unlikely to get much out of it here.
Ingredient Profile Overview: F5 Fat Burner Review
On the whole, the ingredients in F5 Fat Burner are good. It’s not so much what’s in this supplement which is the problem – it’s what needs to be added to it.
The green tea is good, but the L-Carnitine could use some higher doses. Cayenne Pepper is good here too – but the CLA and Garcinia won’t have much of an effect.
We think replacing those two with a thermogenic like Green Coffee Bean and a better appetite suppressant like Glucomannan would definitely make a lot of different when it comes to trimming your waistline.
F5 Fat Burner has a good foundation, it’s just not exactly what we’re looking for yet.
F5 Fat Burner Side Effects – Are there any?
Not that we can see. We haven’t heard of any reports of side effects from taking this supplement.
The only thing we would mention is that the CLA comes from milk. If you’re lactose intolerant or can’t handle dairy it may be something to avoid.
Aside from that there appears to be no immediate danger. However, if you have concerns always speak to your doctor before using it.
F5 Fat Burner Review Report – How is it?
This supplement from Freak Athletics does have some advantages compared to some of the poorer options out there on the market.
It’s an okay fat burner, but there are some better options out there. We say this mainly because of the CLA and Garcinia Cambogia which may not give you the results you’re looking for here.
It’s also worth considering that the L-Carnitine is under-dosed here too.
There are better options out there on the market – but if you’re heart is set on F5 Fat Burner, it’s not the worst you can do.
