What does DAA Max by Vital Labs do?
In this report, we’re looking closer at DAA Max by Vital Labs, which is a testosterone boosting supplement that has claims to promote:
- Muscle Mass
- Overall Testosterone
In our review, we look closer at this one ingredient testosterone booster to see how well it really works and if you need any other supplements to support it.
But before we get into this, who is Vital Labs?
Vital Labs (Now Vital Alchemy): Who are they?
Previously known as Vital Labs, Vital Alchemy is a supplement manufacturer that sells a wide range of products on the market.
Their supplements are sold across the internet through various sites, with Amazon.com being their main distributor.
According to their website, they’re located in California, US.
There’s not much content on their site, and although you can order directly from them – it appears that other supplement sites do the majority of the legwork for them.
They don’t have much of a presence as a brand online. It’s more about their products than it is about themselves.
DAA Max by Vital Labs: The Ingredients
There’s not much to discuss here when it comes to the ingredients – there’s only one: D-Aspartic Acid.
However, this isn’t a bad thing, D-Aspartic Acid is a great ingredient for testosterone. However, you need to manage your expectations with this supplement.
With one ingredient you can’t expect full comprehensive testosterone boosting. If you take this supplement, we suggest that you take it with another T-booster that covers more angles.
Let’s look closer at the sole ingredient:
D-Aspartic Acid (1500mg)
It’s a great addition to DAA Max by Vital Labs. This is one of the better ingredients out there for helping with testosterone production.
We’re going to break down how this ingredient works in its most simplest terms. After you consume D-Aspartic Acid, your brain can use it for chemical reactions.
These chemical reactions can help to improve your overall levels of the Luteinzing Hormone (LH). LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone, there more LH you have in your system, the more support those hormones have to grow.
Ingredients Profile Summary
As we’ve mentioned, there’s nothing wrong with a testosterone booster containing D-Aspartic Acid. However, we think DAA Max by Vital Labs would be much better if it had more ingredients to support it.
We’ve got a list of what we recommend later on in this review.
Side Effects: How safe is DAA Max by Vital Labs?
It should be absolutely fine for you to use. There are no reports showing users having negative effects from supplementing DAA.
The only thing that you should know is that DAA by it’s nature is acidic. To avoid any stomach upsets you should take this supplement with food.
Of course, you should always check with your doctor first before using a new supplement. It would also be good to ensure you don’t have any preexisting conditions.
What would improve DAA Max by Vital Labs?
Increasing the amount of ingredients would definitely help this supplement.
Zinc would be a good support for DAA as it also helps to produce the Luteinizing Hormone. That way they can both improve your testosterone and growth hormone levels.
Magnesium would be a good option for free testosterone. It inhibits the protein in your body known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG).
SHBG inhibits the free flowing testosterone in your system and removes its anabolic potency, which makes your testosterone useless. By using something like Magnesium, it inhibits SHBG and allows more testosterone to flow freely through your system.
Vitamin D3 would be a good option to as it is technically a hormone. It can help improve your testosterone levels, immune system, bone density and other great benefits.
Ideally, you want to combine this supplement with a testosterone booster which contains some good benefits. Performance Lab SPORT T-Booster would be a good option (you can read about that one here).
More is needed for DAA Max by Vital Labs for you to get the best results for your testosterone levels naturally.
DAA Max by Vital Labs Review Summary
At the end of the day, as good as DAA Max is just a one ingredient supplement. As a natural supplement, there’s only so far you can go with that.
By all means, if you want to buy it, buy it – but make sure you combine it with another supplement which can help cover more angles of the testosterone boosting process.
More free testosterone boosters and estrogen suppressants are needed to make this work.
We think a more comprehensive and more encompassing testosterone boosting supplement would work better.
Reasons to buy
- DAA has great studies for it to promote testosterone.
Reasons not to buy
- It’s expensive for a one ingredient supplement.
- There’s no fee testosterone support.
- It doesn’t help manage estrogen levels.
