Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST: The Ingredients
Unfortunately, it appears to all be under one big proprietary blend. A proprietary blend is when a supplement manufacturer chooses to hide the individual dosages of the ingredients in their supplement.
Instead, they are all grouped together under one larger serving. This means you don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it really is.
To make matters worse, only a handful of the ingredients in Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST have the studies to support them.
Horny Goat Weed
This isn’t the best start to Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST. Horny Goat Weed, also known as Epimedium, is a nutrient which is thought to work as a testosterone booster.
However, further studies show that this may not actually be the case. The only thing it may be able to do when supplemented for you is to promote you levels of libido to a mild extent.
This makes it a passable choice for male vitality, but when it comes to actually raising your testosterone levels you’re not going to notice much of a difference.
Also known as Eurycomia Longifolia or Longjack, Tongkat Ali is a nutrient which again is thought to boost testosterone.
However, again, this another nutrient that may only help with libido.
The difference between Tongkat Ali and Horny Goat Weed though is that Tongkat does have some studies to support it.
Sadly, the drawback is that Tongkat Ali has only been seen to raise testosterone in animal studies. The same benefits have not been able to transfer over to humans. You’re unlikely to see any movement in your testosterone levels from using this nutrient.
It may help your sex drive, but it will do nothing for the male hormone in you.
This isn’t a testosterone booster either in Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST. However, it may be able to help you in other ways.
Saw Palmetto is a berry extract which some studies show can help with prostate health. With research, it appears that Saw Palmetto can help with reducing the symptoms of hyperplasia (enlarged prostate).
However, it should be noted that it should not replace actual medicine and you should consult with you doctor first before using it to help with the condition.
Again, this isn’t a great choice in Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST.
Orchic Substance is an animal product that is more commonly known as bull testes – bull testicles.
Given that these are where most of the bull’s testosterone is produced, it’s heavily implied that supplementing them is a good source of testosterone. However, this is not the case. There are no studies which reflect this.
It appears to be more of a marketing angle rather than fact, but yet so many manufacturers cannot resist using it in their supplements.
A more interesting choice in Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST, but still doesn’t have the studies to support it.
Wild Yams are most commonly used in supplements when it comes to female health. It’s thought to help manage the symptoms of the menopause.
We believe here that the Wild Yam in this supplement could help to manage and reduce the overall levels of your female hormone estrogen.
However, there’s no evidence to prove this is the case.
This is a much better ingredient in Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST. Nettle Extract is great for improving free testosterone.
So, how does it work?
Free testosterone is the T in your bloodstream which is readily available. However you have a protein in your blood known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), which binds to the hormone and reduces its overall effectiveness.
Nettle helps because it contains Beta-Sitosterol which inhibits the SHBG and reduces its overall influence. This allows more testosterone to flow freely through your system leaving more available to you.
Another good addition to Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST. Boron is a mineral which has numerous studies on it which shows it to raise testosterone while also reducing estrogen.
This can help you to improve your overall levels of the male hormone, while maintaining a better hormonal environment to encourage it to grow.
It’s a fantastic choice in this supplement.
Ingredient Profile Summary
You have to admit, there are some changes that could be made to this ingredient profile.
We like the Stinging Nettle and the Boron – but there doesn’t seem to be much else that can help. It can support your sex drive in addition to this, but you need something more to help with testosterone production and with free testosterone.
We’ll cover more of the details of how to improve this later on.
As for now, we’ll say the Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST ingredients need work. There’s not enough nutrients to cover the areas that maatter. Too much is put into ‘fad ingredients’ like Orchic Extract and Wild Yams where instead there could be a stronger vitamin and mineral presence.
Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST Side Effects: Is it Safe?
This isn’t the most effective testosterone booster that we’ve come across on the market, but as far as we can tell, it isn’t dangerous either.
The one thing we would say is that it contains Orchic Extract. It’s not vegetarian, if you’re not a meat eater it’s not in line with your diet by any means.
Aside from that, it should be safe to consume. However, we do suggest that you check with your doctor before taking it and make sure you don’t have any preexisting conditions.
How are the servings in Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST?
They could be better, there’s only one a day.
This is a problem because a serving is only active in your blood for a few hours. You’re unlikely to reap the benefits for a full day.
Ideally, you need a testosterone booster which has 3 – 4 servings a day. This gives your body a constant supply of the nutrients you need to keep your testosterone levels on the rise for as long as possible.
What would help improve Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST?
Breaking it up into several servings a day, and bringing in more nutrients that help promote testosterone.
Before we get into which ingredients should be added, we also need to tackle the proprietary blend. The ingredients profile needs to be more transparent. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, so how can you know how effective it is?
It’s very difficult. The dosages need to be clearly displayed. When it comes to ingredients themselves, our suggestions include:
- Vitamin D3
- D-Aspartic Acid
Vitamin D3 would be a great choice as it is technically a hormone. Studies show that supplementing this nutrient can help to promote your overall levels of testosterone, as most people don’t get enough of it throughout the day.
This is because you absorb the majority of it through your skin via the sun’s rays. As we spend the majority of our time indoors, this becomes harder and harder to get the optimum amount. Supplementing it is a great way to fix this – studies suggest 3300 IUs and up is an effective dose.
Magnesium works in a similar way to Nettle. It inhibits SHBG which allows more free testosterone to become more available.
Zinc and D-Aspartic Acid can both help with testosterone production. Both are used in your brain for chemical reactions which help to create the Luteinizing Hormone (LH). LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more of it you have in your system, the more support it has to grow.
Bold Creations SUPREME BOOST Summary
Overall, this is a testosterone booster where there is definite room for improvement. Some of the ingredients like the Nettle and Boron are good, but adding on the weaker options and putting them all in a proprietary blend really weighs it down.
The servings need work too, one a day may not be the best option for the most desired effect.
