Who are BEAST Sports?
BEAST Sports is one of the oldest supplement companies in the industry. It was founded in 1996 and has over 20 years of experience with making these products.
It’s refreshing to see, considering most of the other supplement companies working at the moment have only been around for a few years or only sell on Amazon.
BEAST Sports on the other hand sell on numerous platforms, has a wide range of products and even has several ambassadors. There are several bodybuilders, powerliftsts and NPC competitors that stand by their products.
This is a great signal for their level of quality and reputation.
BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM Ingredients: How are they?
This is a great start to BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM. Ashwagandha doesn’t directly promote your testosterone levels, but it can help to improve your overall hormonal environment for them to rise.
Let me explain what we mean by that. Ashwagandha can help reduce your body’s levels of the stress hormone cortisol. When you’re more stressed, your cortisol levels are higher, and because of this your testosterone is lower.
There’s a hormonal balancing process in your body known as homeostasis. Essentially, if you have more of one hormone, you have less of another.
In this case, with the more cortisol, the less testosterone. By using something like Ashwagandha to help reduce your cortisol levels, your testosterone has less to hold it back and more opportunity to grow.
This is also a good inclusion in BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM, and for similar reasons.
Fenugreek also creates a better hormonal environment for your testosterone to rise, however, in this case it’s your insulin levels that are regulated. The herb can help balance your blood sugar and insulin levels to healthier, more optimum levels.
In doing so, your testosterone has more support to rise as there is less insulin to hold it back.
Unfortunately however, Shilajit isn’t as effective in BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM.
Shilajit is a traditional combination of minerals which are thought to help boost testosterone. However, studies show that there’s not much evidence of it achieving this in humans.
It’s not harmful, but as of yet it’s not been seen to be helpful. This is not a nutrient that we would recommend for raising your testosterone levels.
This mineral is a much better option. Boron is great in BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM.
Why? Because it can help with both testosterone levels, and with your estrogen levels. This works in two ways; by raising your testosterone, and suppressing your estrogen levels.
It allows your body to produce more of the male hormone, and hold less of the female hormone. This creates a much more masculine hormonal balance – which is ideal in this scenario.
5a Hydroxy Laxogenin
This is a natural nutrient that comes from plants and is commonly found in foods like mustard.
It thought to help improve lean muscle mass, along with strength improvements and faster recovery.
Many users have reported not feeling any differences when taking it, however, one study shows that it can help manage cortisol levels when on a restricted diet.
In some cases, it could help to create a better hormonal environment. For us, we think a lot more research needs to be done.
S7 (Green Coffee Bean, Green Tea, Turmeric, Tart Cherry Blueberry, Broccoli and Kale)
This is the only proprietary blend in BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM, and to save length on this review, we’ll try and give you the highlights.
Before we get into this though, we will say that due to it being a proprietary blend, you can’t know the dosages on the ingredients in S7 as they are hidden – so whether or not they’re dosed highly enough in this case is anybody’s guess.
Regardless, let’s take a look at the main ingredients:
- Green Coffee Bean – May help with fat loss by reducing glucose energy stores, and making your body burn fat to make up the difference. (Studies support this.)
- Green Tea – Catechins in this tea promote norepinephrine, which is your body’s fat burning hormone. Helps you burn more fat throughout the day. (Studies support this too!)
- Tart Cherry – Contains natural melatonin which promotes a better night’s sleep and helps with recovery. (Studies support this.)
- Broccoli – Contains DIM, may reduce estrogen, we’ll cover this later.
These ingredients don’t really do much when it comes to testosterone. S7 may help to reduce estrogen to some degree, but as it is a proprietary blend it’s hard to know how much of an effective it will actually have.
This is more of a supporting ingredient in BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM. Japanese Knotweed contains a good source of Resveratrol.
Resveratrol doesn’t promote testosterone, but it can help with blood flow. This can help more nutrients get into your system at a faster rate and also improve how much you absorb of this testosterone booster.
3,3 Diindolymethane (DIM)
This is the compound that we touched on slightly when we were explaining S7. DIM is found commonly in green vegetables like Broccoli.
There’s a lot of promising research that shows it may help to suppress estrogen levels. In doing so, you would have a lower level of the female hormone, which would allow your testosterone to have more of an impact in your system.
It’s a good ingredient in BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM.
This is another effective ingredient in this supplement. We’re big fans of Stinging Nettle in testosterone boosters – mainly because of how well it works with free testosterone.
Free testosterone is the T in your bloodstream which circulates freely. The more of it you have, the more testosterone you have available to use.
However, there’s a protein in your blood known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), that binds to your free testosterone and reduces its potency and makes it useless.
Stinging Nettle helps by binding to the SHBG instead and reducing the protein’s overall impact on your testosterone.
This is a slightly out of place ingredient in BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM, but it won’t do you any harm.
NAC is a compound that is typically taken after a prohormone cycle. It helps to regulate liver health, and may help to reduce any damage that was caused by the cycle.
It won’t raise your testosterone levels, but it will give your liver more of a boost.
Ingredient Profile Summary
Well, there’s certainly a lot in here with the highlights being; Ashwagandha, Fenugreek, Boron, DIM and Stinging Nettle.
This spread helps to promote a better hormonal environment (Ashwagandha and Fenugreek), reduce estrogen (DIM), and help testosterone (Boron and Stinging Nettle).
The one thing we would say though is that there isn’t enough testosterone promoters in here. There are several core options here that feel like they are missing from this supplement. Also the S7 proprietary blend is a strange addition that we are yet to see the logic of.
All in all, it’s an okay ingredient profile, but may not justify the high price tag.
BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM Side Effects – Is it safe to use?
Although there are a lot of ingredients in this supplement, none of them have been linked to causing any side effects.
You shouldn’t run into any problems from supplementing this product.
That said, we always suggest that you should speak to your doctor before using it. You should also make sure you don’t have any allergies or preexisting conditions which may cause problems with the ingredients in here.
What would improve BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM?
There are some good ingredients in here, but more testosterone producers would really help this testosterone booster.
The main ingredients that we think would help BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM are Vitamin D3, Zinc, Magnesium and D-Aspartic Acid.
Vitamin D3 is technically a hormone which numerous studies show can boost testosterone. Your body mainly absorbs it from the sun, and most of us don’t enough throughout the day to get a level that optimizes testosterone levels. Supplementing it would help stack the odds back more in your favor.
Whereas Zinc and D-Aspartic Acid both are used by your body to promote LH (the Luteinizing Hormone). This is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone – the more of it you have throughout the day, the more support your testosterone levels have to grow.
Magnesium would also help as it can help to promote free testosterone. It inhibits a protein in your blood known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) which reduces your overall blood testosterone. This would be another great support and works in the same way as the Stinging Nettle.
BEAST SUPER TEST MAXIMUM Review Summary – Is it good?
Overall, this may not be the best testosterone booster that we’ve come across at the moment. Don’t get us wrong, there are plenty of good features that come with this supplement, but there are several ingredients which could help improve it as we’ve already mentioned.
BEAST Sports may need to streamline their formula to include more of the essentials and less of the filler. It’s still a good choice but there are better options out there.
